Abstract: In the digital era, Knowledge Management (KM) has become a strategic lever essential for innovation and business competitiveness. It enables the transformation of information into tangible value, addressing the challenges of the globalized market. Optimizing KM by integrating internal and external knowledge allows companies to differentiate themselves and accelerate their innovation cycle. The COVID19 pandemic has accelerated digital transformation, highlighting the importance of effective knowledge management in sustaining innovation within a context of remote work and rapid digitalization. However, adopting digital tools alone is not sufficient. A corporate culture that fosters knowledge sharing, trust, and continuous learning is essential for successful KM implementation. This paper explores the mechanisms for transforming knowledge into concrete actions and examines the challenges associated with their implementation while addressing the impact of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and blockchain. Ultimately, well-integrated knowledge management, supported by appropriate processes and culture, is crucial for ensuring business competitiveness in an ever-evolving digital environment
