Gen’Z: Analyse d’un Momentum générationnel mondialiste

Abstract: The concept of generation was long considered a matter of natural biological evolution and the line of succession: grandparents, parents, children. After a period of limited interest from sociologists, the concept has become more visible on the international stage since the emergence of a youth counterculture in the 1950s. While generational cohorts have succeeded one another since then, it is the power of young people that is manifesting itself today and becoming the source of global socio-historic events. This is particularly true of Gen Z in 2025, a generation born between 1990 and 2010, whose demonstrations have spread from Nepal to Morocco. In this article, we will examine this acceleration of history. More than a social fact, we are witnessing the emergence of a paradigm: the generational Momentum. This phenomenon invites us to revisit the deterministic process of socialization and present an evolutionary model. This leads us to propose a model of intentions linked to the life course. We will adapt it using an approach inspired by Husserl and Lacan.
