Abstract: The main purpose of this article is the simulation of programs, of public politics focused on the increase of successful chances for the social-professional integration of those young people who leave the social protection system. This article is meant to consolidate the debates and theoretical proposal of the wider research regarding the utilization of the simulation techniques with the issuing process of the local public politics.
