Werte-orientierte Führung als Führungsmodell in sozialen Organisationen. Management-Paradigma in einer turbulenten Umwelt

Abstract: This contribution aims at the question how far models of leadership can be used in social organizations to deal with dynamical changes, not only within financing, by giving conceptual and practical answers. Thus, the author is presenting an exemplary approach, the leadership hexagon, and characteristics of value-based model of leadership. In the exertion, the interlocking with strategic management within in-plant operations is decisive and will be presented with new strategic tools. / Im Zentrum des Beitrags steht die Frage, inwieweit man in sozialen Organisationen, auf Führungsmodelle zurückgreifen kann, die angesichts dynamischer Veränderungen, nicht nur in der Finanzierung, mit den bereits stattfindenden oder erwartbaren Turbulenzen, eine konzeptionelle und anwendungsorientierte Antwort geben. Dazu stellt der Verfasser das Führungs-Hexagon als beispielhaftes Management-Paradigma vor. Zur Konkretisierung entwickelt er Spezifika einer Werte-orientierten Führung. Der Verfasser plädiert im Ergebnis für die normative Einführung des Führungs-Hexagons als explizites Werte-orientiertes Führungsmodell – in einer systematischen Verzahnung mit einem, in der betrieblichen Praxis gelebten Strategischen Management. Mit einigen Anschauungsbeispielen von auf Werte kalibrierten Instrumenten schließt der Beitrag.
