Abstract: The rapid evolution of 5G networks has significantly transformed software testing paradigms, particularly in cloud-based and edge computing environments. This research explores the integration of AI-driven automation within Cypress and Playwright frameworks to enhance distributed cloud testing in 5G-powered ecosystems. By leveraging artificial intelligence for test orchestration, the proposed approach optimizes test execution efficiency, reduces latency, and ensures high reliability across diverse edge environments. The study evaluates the effectiveness of AI-orchestrated automation in handling real-time, large-scale distributed testing scenarios, demonstrating improved performance and accuracy. Findings highlight the potential of 5G-driven edge test automation in revolutionizing software validation processes for modern cloud applications.
