Abstract: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) plays a crucial role in addressing mental health stigma, particularly among young men who often face societal pressure to conform to traditional notions of masculinity. This study explores how CSR initiatives by corporations, including awareness campaigns, workplace mental health programs, and community engagement, contribute to reducing stigma and promoting mental well-being. By analyzing existing CSR models and their impact on young men's attitudes toward mental health, this research highlights the effectiveness of corporate efforts in fostering a more inclusive and supportive environment. The findings suggest that businesses can play a pivotal role in changing public perceptions and encouraging help-seeking behavior among young men.
