Abstract: The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Enterprise Architecture (EA) is transforming cloud-based Salesforce solutions, driving significant advancements in sales and marketing optimization. AI-powered tools, such as predictive analytics, natural language processing, and machine learning, enhance decision-making, customer relationship management, and sales forecasting. This paper explores how AI-driven capabilities improve enterprise-wide data management, personalization, and automation within Salesforce platforms. By leveraging AI, businesses can streamline workflows, enhance customer engagement, and optimize marketing strategies. The study also discusses the challenges and best practices in integrating AI into EA, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance. The findings suggest that AI-enriched Salesforce solutions enable enterprises to gain a competitive edge by fostering efficiency and innovation in sales and marketing operations.
