Abstract:
This study proposes a dynamic path planning innovative solution based on Graph Attention Network (GAT) for the "last kilometer" delivery problem of rural e-commerce in Henan Province, by analyzing the bottlenecks such as complex geographic environment, low operational efficiency and insufficient technology adaptation. By analyzing the bottlenecks of complex rural geographic environment, low operational efficiency, and insufficient technological adaptability, a three-in-one solution framework of "intelligent path planning, new distribution organization, and optimization of operation mechanism" is constructed. Cost reduction. The study shows that the solution can shorten the response time to 2 minutes and reduce the logistics cost by 15%-20%, providing replicable technical support for rural revitalization.
