Abstract: Productive organizations generally, as a company policy, tend to look for ways to improve their processes and at the same time increase the efficiency of their production lines, an activity that will be developed with the necessary expertise to achieve the desired success; in this article, the methodology for the execution of work method studies and time standardization in a case study is shared. The objective is to show how studies of this nature should be carried out step by step as a guide for industrial engineering professionals dedicated to this work
