EthAIca: Journal of Ethics, AI and Critical Analysis, 2024, vol. 3, 116

Abstract: This research explores the use of artificial intelligence in digital journalism and its influence on the training of university students studying communication in Guayaquil. The research was conducted using a theoretical framework to study key concepts such as AI tools, content analysis, ethical challenges and, above all, the responsibility that must be taken when using these technologies. Therefore, a methodology was applied using interviews and surveys, obtaining important data to support the research and thus be able to carry out the respective analysis of the results obtained. The purpose of this work is to develop a strategy for a training plan for the ethical and efficient use of artificial intelligence in digital journalism for FACSO students, so that they can learn the correct use of artificial intelligence in digital journalism.
