Abstract:
It is presented the analysis results of student criteria on the replacement of a face-to-face lecture with a video-lesson, in the Nervous, Endocrine and Reproductive Systems Subject, taught by the Department of Basic Biomedical Science, or Salvador Allende Faculty of Medical Sciences, during the 2024 academic year. It was developed a descriptive research, with a mixed approach and based on a case study. The data were obtained through a survey and statistically processed to determine: reliability of the questionnaire, frequency of responses and the correlation between them. Students were satisfied with the substitution of the face-to-face lecture by recognizing the contribution of the video-lesson to the development of independence in learning. The results obtained anticipate a favorable perspective in relation to de class inversion, a didactic strategy considered to promote the learning self-regulation.
