Abstract:
Introduction: in a world where the technology and the medicine advance quickly, the professionals of the health maintain an ethical focus in the educational-assistance and investigative area. Objective: to analyze the ethics and bioética with an integral look from the docencia, attendance and investigation in health. Method: he/she was carried out a bibliographical revision of studies recent envelope the ethics and bioética in the health. Academic databases were consulted as PubMed, Scopus, Academic Google, Elsevier, Scielo. Development: the inclusion of the bioética in the curriculum of the careers of the sciences of the health, promotes a healthier doctor-patient relationship, it benefits the quality from the processes of attention to the health, it favors an interdisciplinary vision in the face of the growing complexity of the problems linked to the medical exercise, the study programs are perfected, reorienting the curricula and incorporating a system of values, the ethical principles of charity are applied, the non balefulness, autonomy and responsibility, the ethics in the health implies the taking of informed decisions and the respect for the privacy and the patient's confidentiality. Conclusions: the ethics and bioética in the health are essential to guarantee the quality and the integrity of the medical attention. The ethical principles should be integrated in the area of docencia investigation and medical attendance, the effective implementation of the ethics in the health can improve the relationship between the professionals of the health and the patients, and to contribute to a fairrer and more equal attention.
