Abstract: The implementation of ICT, “Information and Communication Technologies” is currently considered a valuable tool to which every social subject must have access as a right to be effectively inserted in today's information and communication society, this is an imperative reality because the management of ICT implies the opening of doors to development in all areas, including that of educational institutions. Teachers should be open to the incorporation of ICT in the classroom, considering them as a bridge that improves the connection between them and their students, ICT as tools in our classroom practice allow the development of innovative classes, access to new information quickly, ensure a different attention from students to the proposals and content presented, facilitate autonomy and development of critical thinking among many other positive aspects. In the present intervention project under the implementation of the workshop modality, the use of these tools is proposed as a hopeful way out to solve the problems of school disinterest and desertion experienced at I.P.E.M N°193, they are offered to the teachers members of the institution in order to train them in their use and encourage their incorporation into their practice, managing to update them with the acquisition of new and innovative tools, as well as to improve the communication process with their students.
