Abstract:
The following essay argues about racist practices by observing them within an institution, whose objective is to propose effective pedagogical methodologies to contribute to the development and access to education in rural contexts. The text is interwoven and linked to the concept of power (symbolic), hence the precept of biopower arises. In order to understand this aspect, what for Foucault is genealogy is introduced within an institution, resulting in a transcendental ethical pedagogy, concludes that to eradicate these racist practices in rural contexts it is necessary to implement the transcendental method stipulated by Lonergan.
