Abstract: Explore the main work challenges that workers face, from the transition to remote work, flexibility in schedules to adaptability in new technologies and the ability to grow, face new challenges, in the face of the demands of a changing work environment. In addition, to promote the comprehensive well-being of workers through social benefits, fostering a direct relationship between employee and employer, building a better organizational environment. In this way, through qualitative research, based on the collection, selection and analysis of truthful information. With the application of a descriptive method, based on the observation of current data. Related to three approaches, social benefits, flexibility and schedules, teleworking, we sought to make a synthesis from two perspectives, as a first measure, the transformation and challenges that organizations assume within; and the second, focused on the driving force of companies, human talent as an individual, subject to adaptability to improve the quality of their well-being. Among the findings, it was possible to establish that the use and implementation of these changes in organizations allows improving levels of satisfaction, productivity and job performance in workers. To conclude, it is possible to establish according to the opinion of several authors, these transformations or changes contribute to progressively raising work motivation; However, it does not guarantee the retention and permanence of workers in organizations
