Abstract:
Introduction; This article provides a comprehensive overview of the current state, challenges, and potential applications of artificial intelligence (AI) within the realm of human resource management (HRM). AI has demonstrated the capability to significantly transform various HR functions. Objective; The article explores how AI-driven tools and technologies are being applied across key HR processes, including recruitment, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement. Method; The dataset is split into training and testing sets, with the target variable excluded from the test set. However, the true target values for the test set are available for related tasks. Result; This paper aims to highlight the detailed assessment of the existing landscape of AI in HR Analytics, identifies key challenges, and outlines the promising opportunities for the future. Conclusion; It consolidates current research, highlights gaps, and offers fresh insights for practitioners and academics on how AI will reshape the HR Analytics landscape in the years to come.
