Abstract:
Introduction: Biodecoding is an integrative and holistic method that allows us to know through the symptoms what the emotional origin of a disease may be. Aim: Determine, from the consultation of scientific literature texts, the usefulness of biodecoding as a complement to the treatment of different diseases. Methods: A narrative bibliographic review was carried out; for the bibliographic search information collected from the Google scholar, Scopus and Medigraphic databases was used. Results: Deppresion, anxiety and high blood pressure are among the diseases in which the effectiveness of this method has been demonstrated the most. Conclusion: This therapy has proven to be effective whether used alone or combined with other alternative and complementary medicine therapies.
