Abstract: Maqolada ijtimoiy adolat xalqlar va jamiyatlar oʻrtasida xalqlar farovonligini taʼminlash omili sifatidagi oʻrni va bu tamoyilni Yangi Oʻzbekiston Respublikasi islohotlar davrida asosiy ahamiyat kasb etuvchi tushuncha ekanligi, va davlat boshqaruvida huquqning ustuvorligini taʼminlashda asosiy eʼtibor qaratish kerak boʻlgan tushuncha sifatida mazmun – mohiyati yoritilgan.
