Abstract: Ushbu maqolada yuridik kadrlarni tayyorlashda axloqiy tarbiyaning asosiy tamoyillari tahlil qilinadi. Axloqiy tarbiya natijasida shakllangan fazilatlar yuridik kadrlarga oʻz kasbiy burchlarini halol va vijdonan bajarish, korrupsiya hamda mansab vakolatlarini suiisteʼmol qilish kabi salbiy holatlardan uzoq boʻlish, fuqarolarga sadoqat bilan xizmat qilishi asoslab beriladi.
