THE RELATION BETWEEN ETHICS AND LAW

Abstract: It is said that the ethics and the law resemble as they pursue the same goal: Justice achievement and the truth. Also, generally speaking, the foundation of law is or should be a moral one, the law becoming a “moral enacted”. The following paper aims to establish the relation between ethics and law, examining, also, the differences between the two types of rules - the judiciary and the moral ones.
