Abstract: Now the special urgency is got effective legal regulation of ecological safety in the Russian Federation, which is directly related to the formation of a consistent system of legal acts in this sphere. In this regard, the authors carried out a critical analysis of the current Russian legal framework of environmental security and developed scientific and practical recommendations for its possible improvement.
