THE STATUS OF THE MINOR IMMIGRANT IN THE INTERNATIONAL AND THE EUROPEAN UNION LAW

Abstract: The author of this article tries to analyze the main legal norm? that must be taken into consideration when we ??eak about minor immigrant?. In this article, the author will present the main international legislation regarding the rights of the children living abroad during the period after the fall of the Communist regimes (1989) and the period after 2007, when Romania became a Member State of the European Union.
