Abstract: This study presents migration and globalization. International migration is an integral part of globalization. It flows emerge under the influence of different factors. Political repression, human rights abuses, conflicts, poverty, and conflicts push more people from their home countries. The study is looking into process of integration of immigrants in the state of destination and factors that affect this process.
