JURIDICAL EDUCATION BETWEEN STANDARDS AND PRACTICE

Abstract: The exigencies and transformations imposed by the current society determine reforming changes in the act of education, with innovative aspects, to contemporary disciplines. One of these is juridical education, a foundation of human stability in modern society, a guarantor of the promotion and protection of human rights, social cohesion and respect for the law. It transmits in a transdisciplinary manner the undisputed force of law, the legal culture that opens up professionalism to young people and to a liberal democracy.
