THE PARTICULARITIES OF THE ASSESSMENT OF THE DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE PRACTICE OF THE ILLEGAL HUNT

Abstract: Hunting being understood as the final act of business coerced sustainable management of wildlife hunting took place in the last century and will be carried out further in a balanced legal framework regulated by written rules and unwritten rules of behavior hunter responsible and civilized. A key issue in exercising their right to compensation for damage caused by the animal kingdom is the illegal hunting activities that damage assessment amount representing extent of the damages to be awarded. Besides the complexity of assessing the environmental damages caused to any category of resources, the specific injury caused to fauna species of hunting is the impossibility of restoring nature destroyed components which make it necessary for the assessment and consideration of other parameters, costs for rebuilding hunting. As a consequence, the author made a thorough study on the characteristics and problems related to the assessment of damages caused by illegal hunting practice.
