DECISIONAL TRANSPARENCY IN THE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION LAWS

Abstract: The lack of transparency in the activity, the secrecy of the administration and especially of the top of the executive power, of the governmental apparatus, put in discussion the issue of responsibility of persons, senior civil servants and can be a disruptive factor of the balance of the democratic model of public administration.
