Abstract: The Civil Law, or the civil legal law, gives the subjects of the civil legal report extensive prerogatives as subjective civil rights. These rights are part of the elements that form the civil legal report. The subjective civil rights are various and varied so that they can be classified according to several criteria: 1. If the holder can exercise it with or without the consent of another part. 2. According to the nature and the content of the rights. 3. According to their correlation.
