Abstract: The author of this paper tried to capture a trip Romanian historical parliamentarism from organic regulations until today. Wanted a formal theme of evolution parliamentary assemblies with everything this entails the setting up and organization, the powers, putting into question the more or less democratic thereof. Finally it highlights how legislative power was exercised and by whom, it is particularly interesting evolution over time.
