Abstract:
In this paper we analyse the offer and its acceptance – as special elements of an agreement. An offer to conclude a contract is a proposal that contains sufficient elements for forming a contract and it expresses the intent of the party making the offer to commit itself if the offer is accepted by its addressee. Acceptance may take the form of any act or action of the addressee that unequivocally demonstrates the latter’s agreement regarding the offer proposed and transmitted to him/her. A contract is considered concluded when an offer and its acceptance are concordant.
