Abstract: In the process of transformation taking place in society, culture has an important role. It is a factor that determines the success of the company's activity, being an essential, indispensable item for social progress. Theoretically, the study carried out will contribute to increasing knowledge about organizational culture which has special significance for reforming the socio-economic system.
