Abstract:
This paper uses the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and the ANP (Analytic Network Process) methods in order to improve the activity of a company. The most important criteria for the company improvement: Management, Human resources, Acquisitions and IT and their subcriteria are analyzed using the AHP method. Further, the ANP method is used to establish and to analyze the methods that the company could use to improve its activity. This study reveals that the Education, Finance and Evaluation are found to be the most important methods for this company improvement.
