Identification of Significant Economic Risks to the International Controlled Transactions

Abstract:
This paper shows the types of risks that an enterprise which participates in controlled transactions should undertake to its risk examination procedure. This work clarifies these risks and analyzes them. The identification of risks pends on the business abilities of the companies which participate in these commercial transactions. The special issue about this paper is that uses a quantification method (Q.E. method) to determine with a quantity approach the issue of the identification of the enterprises’ risks.
