Abstract: Financial-banking exclusion deprives some categories of people from having access to financial-banking services. It is a phenomenon that has global alarming efects and it has special implications in the discrepances that exist between different categories of people regarding incomes, economical development and social wellness of population. In this research the authors have studied the financial-banking phenomenon, factors that influence it and have identified solutions for decreasing the financial-banking exclusion and its implications at social level.
