Abstract: For marketing teams, finding and cultivating valuable customers is the key to building a profitable business. Leading companies know that personalized customer experiences and streamlined operations are essential to their success. Companies that extensively use AI ensure the benefits of increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty, while improving operations that add to their core level.
