Abstract:
Mobile banking is one of the most recent and innovative service offered by banks. At present, electronic banking services are quite widespread in the world, many banks have started to offer these services. In order to improve the quality of customer service delivery and reduce transaction costs, banks have invested in ICT in an advantageous manner and have adopted ICT networks to provide a wide range of banking products and services. Attempts to fraud on the Internet are a booming phenomenon, correlated with the increase in the number of users and, respectively, of electronic transactions, a challenge to which the on-line banking applications must respond through increased security measures. In this context, this paper aims to provide an overview of electronic banking services by highlighting various aspects of Mobile Banking.
