Gender Payment Disparities in the European Union

Abstract: Nowadays, the payment differences between genders for performing the same job is a topic of dispute everywhere on the Globe. More and more female leaders accuse wage discrimination and ask for a comparative analysis of their income against their male colleagues. This article proposes to analise the income differences between genders based on statistical data available at the European Union level and their possible causes.
