Abstract: This paper is a resume of an ample research about the impact of Covid-19 on the business, what was the response to the crisis, what were the tax measures, how did the management worked during the crisis. The reason why I choose this theme follows the current context in the economic field. Covid-19 has had a major impact in Romania, the most affected sector was Horeca, because they were closed through out the pandemic. In the first part I wrote about the risks in the economic field and about the measures taken by the government. In the second part I wrote about how the banks helped the affected companies.
