Abstract: The economic growth, as well as the new workplaces development, are supported by three important pillars – EDUCATION, RESEARCH and INOVATION – and three is greatly emphasized the support of innovative units, thus creating a systemic model. Learning and entrepreneurship training represent the basis for innovation and are influenced by a large number of causes, therefore the education system applies the Management of the Total Quality in order to create values, but this should be backed-up by innovative and advanced strategies.
