Abstract: As the COVID-19 Pandemic spreads, governments, scientists, the the medical staff and the general public must respond in real time to information and new and often untested orders. The challenges that await us apply to every aspect of society. Economies are also facing enormous disruptions. Scholarships are put at attempt of significant daily volatility, and business, regardless of their size, are already affected in various ways.
