An IT Solution for the Recruitment of Human Resources in Telework Mode

Abstract: The COVID-19 pandemic had a globally significant impact on the whole society, its effects being felt especially on the labor market. Exceptional contexts always require taking special measures and quickly adapting to the changes produced. Thus, the crisis caused by the pandemic highlighted the need for social distancing, and one of the measures taken to reduce the spread of the virus was represented by the adoption of telework, but only in the case of the fields of activity in which this way of working was possible. In this context, remote recruitment of future employees quickly became a current issue for employers. The work aims presentation of an IT solution to facilitate the remote recruitment of human resources in a telework regime.
