The World-Famous Fragrance of the Wine in Statistical Vision

Abstract: The worldwide top management regarding the wine’s production is described by the next countries: Italy, France, Spain and the United States which achieve more than half global wine production. The oenology represents the science which focuses the technological flow concerning the wine’s production and the analysis of the recipes’s portofolio for the wine conservation at the optimum parameters. This original research has as itinerary the discovery of the shape for the trend regarding the universal wine quantities, respectively the identifications of the statistical patterns concerning the wine quantities achieved by Italy and France, for to make possible the predictions of the wine’s productions in these countries.
