Abstract:
In public administration, effective communication is vital for achieving objectives and increasing the performance of civil servants. Clear and open communication can increase productivity by encouraging information sharing and constructive feedback. This can help create a positive work environment, in which civil servants feel motivated and involved in the performance of their duties. In addition, transparent communication can increase trust and respect between public officials and citizens, reducing the risk of conflict and creating a strong relationship between the administration and the community that it deserves.
