Abstract:
Organizations and institutions identify and manage crisis processes that arise from various dysfunctions. They must seek the origins of crises, predict their future evolution, and consider the specific conditions and priorities of the nation to make the best decisions in their management, ultimately to protect their populations. The objective of this article is to investigate and evaluate the role of governmental institutions in responding to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic and to compare their reactions.
