Abstract:
E-commerce has changed the shopping environment in the digital age, bringing with it both new opportunities and challenges for studying customer behavior. Businesses need to examine the cognitive principles underlying the growing trend of consumers making purchases through online platforms. Gaining an understanding of these concepts is crucial to improving customer satisfaction, user experience, and eventually sales. The main cognitive concepts affecting online consumer behavior in e-commerce platforms are examined in this article.
