Abstract: Despite the importance and myriad findings, there is little information that encompasses the close link between leadership, organizational culture and the pharmaceutical field. Although there is a huge need worldwide on this topic impacting both the global economy, the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare system as well as human behaviors studies are limited. The use of bibliometric analysis allowed us to identify research trends, the links between the keywords underlying the selected studies and the impact of publications on leadership and organizational culture. The study found that leadership and organizational culture can shape the outlook for both the pharmaceutical industry and the entire healthcare system. A carefully employed strategy will enable a more complete and complex understanding of the innovation that leadership and organizational culture can bring to both the pharmaceutical industry and modern pharmaceutical practices for a clearer and more easily addressable vision of future trends forming new links in the field and its desire to evolve.
