Abstract: Artificial Intelligence (AI) is reshaping the global business environment, offering unprecedented opportunities while also presenting significant challenges. This paper explores how AI is transforming international business landscapes and business administration practices. We analyze the impact of AI on various aspects of international business, including decision-making processes, supply chain management, marketing, and customer relationship management. Moreover, we discuss the implications of AI-driven automation on the global workforce and the evolving role of business administrators in leveraging AI technologies to maintain competitive advantages in the global market. The findings suggest that while AI offers substantial benefits, it also requires businesses to adapt quickly to avoid obsolescence.
