Abstract: This research investigates the applicability of Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) technology and advanced machine learning algorithms for optimizing institutional management and operational efficiency in resource-constrained environments. By processing real-time neural signals, the study explores how BCI can support decision-making processes, automate repetitive tasks, and monitor employees’ cognitive performance. The research also addresses the technical, ethical, and economic challenges associated with BCI implementation and proposes innovative solutions for integrating this technology effectively and sustainably. Expert opinions on the practical applicability of BCI and its potential impact on institutional improvement through emerging methods and technologies are also considered.
