Abstract: This paper examines the possibilities of integrating digital technologies to improve the efficiency of a company's core business processes. The focus is on implementing innovative solutions, process automation, and data analysis. To identify key areas and trends, the software VOSviewer is used to visualize scientific data, analyze relationships, and identify areas for digitalization. The aim of the study is to propose recommendations that will contribute to creating the competitiveness of enterprises in the context of digitalization.
