Abstract: This paper analyzes the outsourcing of the lending requestes in the FinTech environment. Using the modern technology, this analysis is realised using the Arena software and a parameters set close to the real process values. The Taguchi method is used to define the matrix of experiments to calculate the Signal/Noise ratios and to retain the maximum of their values as the optimum solutions. Using this method, we conclude that, for the choosen parameteres, in order to maximise the scheduled utilisation of the employees, we must to choose carefully the number of the bank employees and, secondly, to manage the time necessary for a request analysis and the rate of requests arrivals; if we want to decrease the cummulative time necessary to analyze the requests, then we should have faster analysis of the requests and, if we are interested to manage the number of the requests analyzed by each employee, then we have to choose carefully the number of the bank employees.
