FAMILY PLANNING AND DEMOGRAPHIC PLANNING – A GENERAL VIEWON THE SCALE DIFFERENCES

Abstract: Planning is an old concept, but its employment under various guises is one of the social mechanisms of the last century. Related to the population’s numeric evolution and its structural complexity, planning manifests itself in two dominant directions – individual (familial) and collective (political). The paper consists of a brief review of the moral and social meanings and implications deriving from two types of planning associated with demographic behaviour.
